Ao solicitar e/ou pagar uma comissão, o cliente aceita automaticamente as seguintes condições:INFORMAÇÕES E PAGAMENTO:• O pagamento é integral ou dividido em duas partes: A primeira metade é feita antes de iniciar a arte e a outra parte é paga após aprovação do esboço.
• Pagamento via Pix.
• São necessárias referências e descrições de texto.
• Modificações somente durante o esboço, depois da aprovação as alterações serão cobradas (R$5 a R$10 cada dependendo da complexidade). As edições simples, rápidas e/ou pequenas não serão cobradas.
• Na ausência de uma resposta do cliente, o pedido será cancelado ou colocado no último lugar da fila.
• Se o cliente desistir da comissão antes de eu ter iniciado o trabalho, o valor será 100% reembolsado. Se a arte já estiver em andamento, apenas 50% do valor será devolvido.
• Caso haja algum imprevisto e o artista precisar desistir do trabalho, o valor será 100% reembolsado.
• A entrega é feita por e-mail para preservar a qualidade da arte.ADICIONAIS:A tabela de preços possui um valor BASE, o preço da comissão pode variar de acordo com o grau de detalhes e complexidade, por isso, há alguns custos adicionais:
• Grau de dificuldade.
• Personagens extra (+60% do preço total)
• Animais (+30%)
• Roupas complicadas e muitas jóias.
• Partes extras do corpo (asas, mãos extras, etc.)
• Tatuagens detalhadas nos seus personagens.NÃO FAÇO:• Gore (sangue demais, mutilação, violência, órgãos, etc.)
• NSFW (+18)
• Mecha/robôs/armaduras complexas.
• Furry.
• Cenário (O desenho acompanha um fundo simples estilizado)

• Não trabalho nos finais de semana e feriados.
• O cliente será sempre avisado sobre o andamento da arte e caso haja algum imprevisto.
• Apenas para uso pessoal. As ilustrações ainda pertencem a mim e não devem ser usadas para outros fins, no caso de uso comercial, será cobrada uma taxa que pode ser acordada.
• Não tente treinar suas IAs com meus desenhos, todas as minhas ilustrações, até na fase de esboço, são passadas por envenenadores de IA.
• Não modifique, trace ou copie minha arte sem permissão.
• Dê crédito a mim em todas as postagens. A remoção de minha assinatura ou marca d'água é proibida.
• Reservo-me o direito de publicar (ou não) todas as ilustrações finalizadas nas minhas redes sociais/galerias.
• Reservo-me o direito de usar a peça finalizada para autopromoção (banners ou anúncios).
• Reservo-me o direito de publicar o processo da peça encomendada nas minhas redes sociais/galerias.

Terms of service

By requesting a Commission and/or paying the invoice you automatically agree to the following terms and conditions:INFO AND PAYMENT:• I accept payment in full or divided into two parts: 50% of payment must be made upfirst, and the other 50% is paid after the sketch is approved.
• Payment via PayPal (invoice) includes an additional 4.5% fee.
• References and text descriptions are required.
• Free modifications are only allowed during the sketch phase. After approval, changes will be charged at $5 to $10 each, depending on the complexity. Simple, quick and/or small edits will not be charged.
• In the absence of a response from the customer, the order will be canceled or placed at the end of the queue.
• If the client cancels the commission before I have started the work, the full amount will be refunded. If the illustration is already in progress, only 50% of the amount will be refunded.
• If there is any unforeseen circumstance and the artist needs to cancel the work, the full amount will be refunded.
• The delivery is done via e-mail to preserve the quality of the artwork.ADDITIONAL FEES:The price list has a base rate, and the commission price can vary depending on the level of detail and complexity, so there are some extra costs:
• Difficulty level.
• Extra characters (+60% of full price)
• Animals (+30%)
• Complicated outfits and lots of jewelry.
• Extra body parts (wings, extra hands, etc.)
• Detailed tattoos on your characters.I DON'T DO:• Gore (a lot of blood, mutilation, violence, organs, etc.)
• NSFW (+18)
• Mecha/robots/complex armor.
• Furry.
• Background (The drawing comes with a simple stylized background)
If you want something not listed or have any questions, feel free to ask, and I'll see if it's possible.WARNINGS:• Above all, be polite and have respect. In the presence of any inconvenience, I have the right to cancel the order.
• I don't work on weekends or holidays.
• The client will always be informed about the progress of the artwork and if any issues arise.
• Personal use Only. The illustrations belong to me and must not be used for other purposes. For commercial use, a fee will be charged that can be agreed.
• Do not attempt to train AIs with my drawings. All my illustrations, even in the sketch phase, are passed through AI poisoners.
• Do not modify, trace, or copy my artwork without permission.
• Please credit me on all posts. Removing my signature or watermark is prohibited.
• I reserve the right to post (or not) all the finished illustrations at my social media/galleries.
• I reserve the right to use the finished piece for self-promotion (banners or announcements).
• I reserve the right to upload the drawing process of the commissioned piece on my social media/galleries.
